Day 6

So I just want to say thank you to everyone on here... I was only going to write blogs to hold myself accountable. Only I saw on the previous blogs all the wonderful comments people have been leaving me. It's truely motivating me to work harder and I'd like to thank you all for that. Today I did better than yesterday... as far as the eating. I'm going to do my working out tonight and according to the calendar entry for today on Cassey Ho's calendar I will be doing total body. The work outs are Quiet Cardio, HIITilates: Scream & Shout, POP Sculpt: Total Body, New Body Makeover, BodyPOP! HIIT, and Food Baby HIIT. I know from previous experience that the Food Baby HIIT is a super hard one. Not too sure about the rest... I don't think Quiet Cardio is really bad. But I'm going to try to knock them all out tonight. I've been feeling kind of bloated which I guess make sense being as I accidentally had two high calorie days this week!!! Oh well - starting another week now and my hubby is hitting it hard since he's preparing to start an academy.
