Time to make it happen

I forgot to weigh in on Friday because of the snowstorm. I forgot on Saturday too. I finally weighed in yesterday with another no loss, no gain week. I used to have to fight myself from weighing every day, and this week I just plain FORGOT!
Last summer I was doing well and I was into the 190s. I've gained a bit of it back though and started the new year on the wrong side of the 200 line. I already gave away my size 18 jeans. I don't have a wardrobe anymore if I regain the weight I worked so hard to lose.
I need to make it happen. I have a goal. I have motivation. I just need a plan. I need to make it happen because the plan I have now. The habits I have now are obviously not enough. It is not working.
I need to change. I just don't know what to change to. I know I need more exercise. I just need to find a way to go and do it.
