Well, I wasn't able to run the full five minutes today . I made it around three times... Which is a improvement from two weeks ago. My shins are killing me!!
Any help out there for shin splints?

Well after this:
I am now at 224. That is eight pounds down in the past two weeks!
I'm going to try to do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio daily in addition to my three training sessions this week and sustain a 1200 to 1300 cal range with an extra focus on protein in the morning and fiber throughout the week!!
