ugh not doing well right now with my plan, if only i was lacking just motivation and not everything else too. Found out I gain about another 5 pounds back... which puts me damn near where I started! So starting tomorrow I will be turning over a new leaf and getting my fat butt back into gear. I have a wedding I am going to in about 6 months and would like to be down at least 40lbs soooooo that means I have some serious work to do and not just saying it but actually doing it. I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT BECUASE I WANT MORE FOR MY LIFE THAN THIS. Tomorrow will be day 1.

I know the feeling, I started over 3 days ago. It is hard but I know it will be worth it in the end. As for destroying your wagon that's okay, just means its time to build a new and better one!

You can do it!! It's a NEW day, and a brand-new chance to show the extra pounds who's boss!

I have been in that situation many MANY times, in fact it was usually regaining all the lost weight and 20-40 pounds more. So look at the bright side if you can, you put a stop to this before you got to an even higher weight, that in itself isn't easy. Now it's one foot in front of the other as you get back on track. One day at a time and small changes and you will be back to where you were in no time, and this time you will go all the way! emoticon

Well, your attitude about turning a new leaf is a good one. Don't beat yourself down. Just dust yourself off, kick that wagon out of the way and take it one step at a time. You'll get there.
