First I want to thank the many of you who offered so much encouragement to me on last week... It was a rough one, but I choose to build on those challenges and conquer it!

no real sugar
every Wed is no meat (Daniel fast)
exercise & devotion (PRAYFIT PROGRAM) Mon - Sat
