Day 72-Ready for the week

Off to a good start! Sundays begin my new week!

I did weigh in Saturday and held which was good. I went to the grocery store today so that is a big step in success already.

Goals this week:
-Tomorrow cook 2 meal items for the week
-Talk to trainer about how much I should run each week to prepare for the race
- Get my water in
-Strive to eat 100 less calories a day and 20 less carbs

    It's funny how the numbers creep up on you. Planning a day ahead of what, and how much of it to eat helps a lot. I cooked 2 dishes and preped one with all my sides made. I just have to make the veggies come dinner time. No thinking or worrying just packing what food I need to take with me.
    You are doing great! Keep up the great work. 4lbs and I'm out of the 200 club.
