Goal setting for a new month

I've learned a lot about myself this past month and the goals I have set. Some goals were easy to meet and keep, others not so much. This month, I will learn from my "set-backs" and go for more.
GOALS FOR MONTH:
1. Keep up water intake but use fewer flavor packets. (Save 10 calories for each packet not used.) Carry that water with you to fight the temptation to drink/order soda.
2. Make sure to do at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. Sparkpeople has great workouts you can try and there is always walking. (And don't forget about the school fitness center.)
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables starting with at least 2 per day. (Salads are good for you!)
4. Win the "Biggest Loser" contest at work!
