Days 4 & 5

Yesterday and today have been decent days... today is my rest day and high calorie day. I'm realizing that I probably shouldn't of planned them both on the same day. We will see how everything turns out. I've noticed a little difference already and so has my husband. Been following the work out calendar the way that I should. Although, I hope towards the end of this 30 day challenge I won't be having to take as many breaks while working out. That Cassey Ho does a lot of really hard ab work. Last night I did on where she wanted me to stay in a plank for the entire video. Didn't work out well ;)

That is the progress for now... still keeping on ;)


P.s. just realized I had a bad first day and THAT was supposed to be my high calorie day! At least I worked out every day. It's progress...
