Workin it!

Had a tough day at the gym, working out before my second weigh in since starting the program. Tomorrow the trainer is asking us to jog for five minutes straight tomorrow. I am not ready!! I jogged twice around the track this morning, which was about 2 minutes.
Wish me luck in my weigh in early tomorrow!

    You can do it! Don't think about the 5-minutes, just put one some great tunes, take your time, and just enjoy the jog! Happy weigh-in! emoticon

    I'm doing miCoach training (an adidas program for android phones) and tomorrow there is also a 5 min straight jog. I'm scared!
    Today I did one 4 min straight jog, but... it was right at the beginning of the workout, so I still had energy.
    We'll see how that goes!
