Busy busy

Hi Friends, I missed adding my food into my tracker for a couple of days but stayed on my program. I have lost a total of 2.5 inches in the last couple of weeks even though the scale doesn't show a loss. It's very frustrating to not see that scale move but that's why I started measuring myself; it's a shot in the arm when the scale seems broken! :)

Busy with work; they have given us some OT in the past few weeks so I have been taking advantage of it. It's harder to eat properly when I'm working so much because I'm tired but I'm bound and determined to be good!

My 52nd birthday is Thursday; taking a long weekend next week to enjoy. I promised myself I would splurge a little on my birthday but not go crazy; maybe just have a dessert or an extra baked potato, but nothing outrageous. It's not worth 10 minutes of indulgence to gain 3 pounds!
