I got off track for a couple of days with logging but I was still exercising but my food was way down. Here is off to another week and I will try to be better with logging, it is just so hard on the weekends when I am so busy. But at least I know I am staying on track for the most part. Just gotta remember to eat lol. Oh well off to the gym with the girls, it is so great to have friends to workout with who are just like me and have the same goals in sight.
