Have changed things up

I'm working hard, some weight is coming off. I'm still over my low point from last year, but that's another matter. No biggie.

A few weeks ago, I started eating meat again. I was just so hungry all the time. I couldn't take it. Eating meat again has made things better.

I've been working out with my trainer and just in general taking good steps in my life. I'm eating real food and dong great.

Best of all, with the exception of making myself exercise, it's been pretty effortless overall. Loving life.
