A blog a week??

Not good enough. I *thought* blogs several times this week, but did I write them??? Noooo!
I thought about blogging on Thursday when I dreadmilled to good effect--5 km; I thought about blogging on Friday at the end of a day being the teacher in a grade 2 class, but I fell asleep instead : ) Gosh, those little folk make a guy work hard. But they're so much fun. By the end of the day I had a stack of gifts: special "For you, Teacher!" drawings and Valentines. Did I ever notice how my resilience faltered as the day wore on! I was everybody's favourite teacher all morning but by 'home time' I felt like a grouchy old man : (
Anyway, it was a good week. I got in my full complement of exercise minutes and burned my full complement of calories. The one downer was the scale didn't move any closer to my Valentine's Day goal of 145 lbs. : ( Serves me right. Went over my calorie and fat allowables a couple of times during the week. I know, I know, the scale is just an indicator. But it's an indicator that I want to have say something specific on a specific day. I know who has to do something about that for the next 5 days and I know what that person has to do. Will he do it? That *is* the question and the hit-the-wall challenge.
