So far did good for my food goals. Went for an hour long walk this afternoon. It was chilly outside but I still went. Just waiting until tomorrow comes so that I can weigh myself and see if what I have all been doing this week has worked or not. I am hoping that it has so that I can actually start wearing my other clothes. More tomorrow. emoticon
