The Snow Workout and Insanity

My first workout of the day today was shovelling out from Blizzard Nemo. It was definitely a good workout as I trudged through snowdrifts up to my hips and tried to throw shovels full of snow up on top of plowed snowbanks that were higher than my shoulders. LOL! Thank God for my plow least I only have to shovel walkways, porches, and decks. Oh! And paths to the propane and oil fill! We can't forget those!

After my snow workout I came into the house and changed into my workout clothes and pressed play. Insanity Day 38 was just as challenging as the first two workouts of Month 2. Holy Cow! emoticon

Between both workouts, there isn't a muscle in my body that even remotely likes me tonight! Time for this old girl to hit the hay.
