    I have had problems staying in the calorie range myself! At first I wasn't eating enough to even get into the range that was set for me, but then I added little things like walnuts to my yogurt, or a half an avocado to my salad. After I lost 10 pounds, the calorie range was recalculated and it dropped to a range I can easily manage - In fact I have to be careful to not go over it, because now I tend to be on the high side of the range! I guess you just have to fiddle around and make your own adjustments until it is something you can handle. Good luck and thanks for the vlog! emoticon
