Taking it easy, and tired of it.

Saturday, February 09, 2013

So I seem to be sick. Again. *sighs* Spent most of the day resting and or sleeping. Again. So I had dinner, and now I'm sitting watching some TV. I'm so tired of always being tired and sick. :( Maybe I'm doing too much, and that's why I keep getting sick. I don't know. It doesn't seem like I'm doing that much lately. :( Feels like all I do is rest and take it easy lately.
I miss my running. I miss my exercise; never thought I'd say that. But I can only do so much right now; and apparently that so much is too much. :(

Guess that's all I have to say right now. Night all.

There are some great chair exercise videos on SP in the fitness section. Maybe try those when you can't get in your walk. Hang in there!! emoticon emoticon

((((HUGS)))) Hang in there sis... you're in the home stretch of making Nathan as strong and healthy as possible for his birthday!! I know it's not easy when things you used to be able to do, now you can't (trust me, I get that one *big time*) but rest in the knowledge that once Nathan is born you should be able to go back (slowly) to everything you were able to do before (I'm going to take a little longer in that department yet). Be proud of your body - it may be tired and it may be a little weaker than usual - but it's doing something amazing and wonderful!!

    Love You Sis!!!!
