Marathon training continues this week....

Sunday: 12 mile run (done)
Monday: 1.5 hour restorative yoga (done)
Tuesday: 3 miles (done)
Wednesday: 6 miles (done early)
Thursday: 3 miles (done)
Friday: Rest (done)
Saturday/ Sunday: 1 hour spin class one day/ 13 mile run the other (Saturday I went for a 60 min dog walk and 45 min stationary bike) (Did 13.5 mile run)
