Assingment # 5 :Let's see cutting calrolies one I saw is drinking chocate milk instead of chocate milkshake ( a treat) okk maybe baked potato chips or chips and mashed pototates instead of French fries...

Sometimes chips ahoy / oreos instead of everyday I'll have to study more healther food choices .. Find more " power foods" that give me more engry... it a start for now.....

    That's the way I am doing it--one food at the time, then one meal at the time--to introduce healthier food choices. Do you know what I discovered that's delicious and healthy? Publix Frozen fruit! It is like eating popsicles but better. I eat 1-2 c. at night while reading.
