1. Prayer for guidance, peace and patience
2. Tai Chi DVD
3. Throw medicine ball at the rebounder or wall in gym
4. Intensive workout
5. Meditation with music and candle (with essential oils)
6. Being more realistic with my time schedule
I try many things as i am aware of my stress as a caregiver and want to be the best I can be!

    I think the tai chi would be great. I should try to find a good one-do you have one you would recommend? I can live without the medicine ball though my trainer thinks differently. emoticon
