Today I stepped on the scale and found I had lost 4 pounds! Doesn't seem like a lot, but it's the lowest I've weighed in years. The best part is that it only took a little extra effort on my part. A little effort that I can keep doing and doing. Suddenly all the weight I want to lose doesn't seem so overwhelming.
