Day 1! Turbo Fire

I decided to get back to Turbo Fire today, but definitely did not give it my all. Going in easy so I don't hurt myself. Not doing the turning and the jumping, or the booty dances. Hopefully my back feels ok tomorrow. I didn't realize there was a Prep Schedule, so I started with that one, and it was much easier than starting out with the Fire Starter Class. Hope to be able to keep up with this program now and not re-hurt myself. I don't think it was the Turbo Fire that I hurt my back, so hopefully all will be good from here on out.
