I don't know what is going on I am working out tracking what eat trying to stay motivated and for the last month I have been loosing a pound then gaining a pound then loosing 1/2 pound and gaining a pound I am up 1 1/2 pounds it is very dishearten. I don't know what to do? Has this happened to any one else. I am getting frantic I WILL NOT GIVE UP>> I have lost 25 lbs with 25 more to go and I feel great, I need something to keep me going until this "plateau" decides to leave this body. Does anyone have some suggestions?
