Since I reached one of my mini-goals I thought I deserved a treat. I got an awesome deep burgundy hair dye so that I could finally patch up my botched dip dye attempt. I'm loving the outcome. I'll try to get pics tomorrow.

Eating was chaotic today. I didn't have a menu plan already made up like I have had lately. I stayed in calorie range but, probably made poor choices. Today was carb heavy, high fat, and low protein. Guess an off day every now and then never hurts.

I got over an hour of fitness today. I did 45 minutes belly dance cardio, Bootcamp Day 5, squats, and 10 minutes on the bike. That didn't include all the stuff done outside today all while having abs that where screaming "sit down and rest". I'm brushing up our hunting dogs obedience, they are a little spoiled and stubborn after a winter of snoozing on the couch.

Tomorrow we go to Mom's. Hopefully I won't derail my eating. Seems like I'm "comfortable" there and my brain gives me the okay to be a pig. I've come so far but, there are a few quirks and eating habits left to break. I could easily binge today. I didn't meet my normal intake of protein or fiber and that has left me feeling like I could snack myself into misery. Well, I've got to get to work on my menu plan for next week. I'll send myself into food binge and chaos without a plan.
