Some mornings it is so hard to get out of bed. I am definitely not a morning person but trying to turn myself into one. I know that if I do not get up and do some kind of exercise in the morning, I will miss out because I will not do it in the evening after working all day. I have been getting up and doing at least the one mile walk from Leslie Sansone. I also try to take my two 15 minute breaks at work as walking breaks. I can't wait for the weather to start warming up and the days to get longer.
