So Day3.. still positive trying to get everything together.
Going to go back to low carb on Monday. and start a regular work out plan.
I am tired today.. nothing planned for the weekend. so thinking about going for a nice walk.
Goal is NOT to be sitting on the couch!
I looked in the mirror and my face is looking older. I have to get some of this weight off before its too late!
I am still young!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
