Day 2 of my 30 day challenge

Well it is day 2 and I managed to get up this morning and get all of my workout done first thing. Very happy with myself.

I am finding that I would much rather do my workout in the morning then in the evening. But as we all know that does not always work out for us. We have our days when we have a ton of other things to do. OR SO WE THINK.

Like take care of our loved ones, get dinner going for the day even if it is only 4am. Make beds, do laundry, sweep floors, get lunches ready for everyone including yourself.

But what I have come to realize is that while all of those things are important, SO AM I.

Time to put all the pressures and stress of the day aside and do for me. Wheather it is time for me to workout or simply sit and listen to the quite. I AM IMPORTANT TOO.

And so today before I did anything for anyone else I did something for me. I did my workout and enjoyed my me time. And guess what I am going to do that again tomorrow too.

Working out in the morning sure does get me ready for the day. Ready to take on all of lifes ups and downs. All the emotional highs and lows and all that life is ready to throw at me in the day. Because before anything else happened I took care of ME.

So way to go ME. Look out day 3 here I come
