Water Baby

Exercise in the water almost every day. I use aqua joggers to enhance my performance . I try to work upper body one day and lower body the next day . I work out at least an hour . I do my cardio , strength , endurance , and balance . Gradually add repitions .

    If you are an older person , water aerobics helps because you get better balance which I know because my father use to tell me I was the only person he knew that could fall over a scuff mark . I don't fall anymore . My balance has really improved greatly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
