Assingment #4 Food triggers :-/

Triggers - snacks mainly sweet salty. Fast food convenience stores
Another situation is when I'm bored or stressed out frustreated emotional crying not nigh or day or rooms bit of mystery on that.. Working to find food ggives me cheese panut butter potatoes etc I don't eat enough not sure why .. Deprive myself cause too
These are new to me .... Requires further study ........,,,, Are you rewarding yourself? Soothing yourself? Are you bored? By getting the food how does it make what you are doing better? What should you be doing at that time?
REMINDER:: That is what this assignment is about - how will you not do that again? Can you pick a replacement habit or behavior that will cause you to pause, and think do I really want to do this, and why? Maybe it would help to walk away from the trigger - drink water, go for a walk, phone a friend, go outside, look out the window, brush your teeth, or play with your pet? Be consistent so you can develop the new habit.
This is tricky ... Been eating junk most of my life .. Slowly switching to healthier things.
Do more fitness or find other actvities with friends, gain awareness of triggers and improve them slowly ( treat myself to a cookie when goals accoplismed to moviate me this Food goal)
Confronting this NOT EASY struggling with answers for this food assignment tears flowing not even sure if enough details or even on the right track sigh............
