Keeping your workouts challenging and fresh keeps your muscles from plateauing and your motivation from waning. Some of the wackiest forms of exercise that I’ve seen have been:
-Bollywood Dance: (found at cultural centers most frequently) this can also be called Masti Aerobics.
-Yoga on surf board: The balance aspect works your core more intensely.
-Bosu Workout classes: This uses a piece of equipment to work on your body’s balance while getting in a good cardio workout.
-Forza: Uses Samurai skills. Strengthens core, arm, and upper body muscles. It’s very challenging.
-Kranking: Similar to Spinning. Created by Johnny G (Spinning creator). It’s Spinning with an arm-cranking machine called a Krankcycle.
-Urban Rebounding: This class is an aerobics class in a small, personal trampoline.
