First time in a long while that I worked out at home. I bought a Taebo DVD.. Billy Banks. I even made my husband do it with me a little bit though he was mostly just dancing around lol. It was more entertaining than going to the gym. The treadmill was starting to get boring. So I think I might swap it up. I even burned more calories in 15 minutes than I would have on the treadmill. And the time pretty much flew by.

I just hate that I get bored so easily with stuff. But if I keep getting new things to do I feel like I can get a good rotation going with my workouts enough that I won't get bored.

I got more diet foods today. And I realized that I have been on Sparkpeople for 33 days so far. So for 33 days I have been eating right. I have learned to even eat greasy unhealthy foods in portions. Like today I got a chicken nugget kids meal from mcdonalds and only ate half of it and it curbed my greasy food craving for only 250 calories. =D (yes I did total up and count out how much I was eating LOL).

So I think even if I don't lose weight, I am learning to eat BETTER. And enjoying it.

YAY.
