I 'sobered up' today and did my program. The 2 mi. walk every day has really helped me alot. I've worked on making an organic soup with chicken stock plus a lot of other food items to get me in the SECURITY ZONE! No negative self talk, accord. to Coach Nicole and all is well. In the past I would just give up.
