Losing Track of the Tracker

I was reading through my nutrition tracker, feeling a little sad that I went over my calories twice last week...when I noticed something strange. My tracker said that I had eaten Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. I sat there staring at it. Those chips pushed my tracker over my limit by more than 200 calories! BUT I never ate them. Heck, I wouldn't even allow them in my house!
I know for a fact that I did not eat any sour cream & onion chips. I would remember that! So, how did it get on my tracker? Did I eat something else and enter the wrong food? No...I actually remember that meal, which was more like me snacking on crackers and tofu stuff.
The whole thing has me baffled...and feeling a little silly. You see, as I said before, I was beating myself up about going over my limit TWICE last week. It turns out I only went over once!
Sour Cream & Onion potato chips?! My gawd...that's just insanity!
