You're probably reading this thinking that I lost some huge amount of weight or broke some personal records or had something really huge news or juicy to share. Well I really don't I just feel soo amazing!

I've been doing some restorative yoga before bed and let me tell you.. fantastic idea. Been sleeping wonderfully. Got up this morning and did an energizing sequence which felt soo good. I did some meditation and it was amazing.

I started out trying soo hard to control my breathing instead of just resting on it. So I had all this conflict going, I couldn't focus. Then my "guide" told me to image particles of light entering into my body as I breathe in and flow to my heart. The internal environment changed in such a beautiful way. My breathing slowed, I let go of control and found something much greater. Peace. They were beautiful images in my mind. Me sitting in a dark room with my body emanating soft golden light as these glowing particles of blue and gold entered into my body and then I saw an image of my heart glowing first gold and then shifting to blue. I was sad when the meditation ended. But it really made such a huge difference in my day! I feel like I'm soaring.

I also got a work out with Jillian Michaels in. Uh oh... I think it's almost time for level two! Kinda scares me. She terrifies me to begin with. And I've tried level two before. I don't even wanna know what level three looks like.

It's been a glorious day!

    I think the story in your blog is really AMAZING - I am going to try that technique to see if it works for me too. Thanks for sharing this - sometimes things like this are actually a LOT more important than the numbers on the S C A L E - this is YOUR LIFE you are talking about. Sleep is important and so is RELAXING. In the long run both will enrich your life.
