Got weighed today first weigh in and lost 8lbs, really pleased, it gives you umph to carry on.
In answer to a question I have been asked, I don't do exercise at all as I can't, but I am going to try to do some arm exercises sitting, I'll have to see how it goes, I will keep you informed, thank you for asking, luv Maxine x
