PANIC ATTACK

So yesterday i was watching TV at 10pm with my hubby so i start to close my eyes to go to sleep.then i got up and felt like i cant breathso i still went back to sleep but then i got up and i was still feeling the same pain like i cant breath and im hot and i cant move.i was tellling my hubby to take me to the hospital i feel like im haveing a heart attack and i start to cry i dont know what is going on with me i am only 22 years old and im like i have two kids that need me there.

so then i call my dad today and i tell him what happend to me last night because he had bypass surgery,and i thought he would know what going on.so he told me that i was have a panic attack because he get them some time to and theat how he feel so he was telling me what to do when it happens again.

i went to a heart docter month ago because i was have pains in my chest it end up being that i have heart palpitations.i was like wow you know what im only 22 years old but then i was like thank you god for every thing i cant complain about anything god give me.

so i just want to share this with you guys to see if any one has the same feeling sometime
