January 2013 results/ Feb Goals

My overall goals for 2013 are pretty simple.
emoticon Log at least 120 miles of walking this year: 28.78 in Jan
emoticon Log 500 fitness minutes a month : 706 in Jan
emoticon Choose books from TBR list and bookcases whenever possible this year - Didn't choose any in January

Overall, a good month. It could have been better. Fitness minutes are mostly due to the Fitbit tracking so it includes regular walking as well. Right now I am okay with that. I do take it off if I do a video, strength train, or dance so that isn't double counted. I just didn't do as much of that in January as I could have. My foot has been crazy painful since the real bitter cold has set in. Not happy about that but hoping that as it continues to warm up it will be less of an issue. Plus I seriously need new shoes. :)

Goals for January: Starting weight 261.4, Ending weight 256.2, Lowest weight 254.7

emoticon Use fitbit everyday this month after the 2nd emoticon Didn't track sleep everyday but did wear it everyday
emoticon Complete 10 annoying/nagging tasks this month--- 5 done, got lazy at the end of the month

Goals for February:

emoticon Try at least 3 Green Smoothie recipes

emoticon Continue 50 sparkpoints per day streak

emoticon Complete the Challenge for the A Book Club team

emoticon Track food at least 5 days out of each week

emoticonGet all paperwork except current stuff to office by end of the month

emoticon Complete 6 annoying tasks - 1 done already so only 5 more :)
