”Just for Me” 2013 February Challenge—Day 5 Today, I ate salmon and I love it. I did not always love it but I have found many recipes and spices to add to this wonderful fish to enjoy it because of its many benefits to us. It is high in omega -3 fatty acids and vitamin D and low in saturated fats an excellent source of protein. Salmons are born in rivers, migrate to the ocean and return to their birth rivers to reproduce each season. Philippians 3:14 (NLT) “I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us”.
