Preparing for Lent

Planning to do a Daniel Fast for Lent... fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and water! Giving up my coffee will be the hardest and then the dairy.... I cleaned out my fridge today and one cupboard, checking all the ingredient labels... goodness, hope this time creats a new healthy habit in me!
