Week 3: -.6 lbs
Week 4: +.6 lbs (gained what I lost last week)
Week 5: -.4lbs
Week 6: -.6lb (155.4)
Week 7: +3lb (158.6)
Week 8: -3lbs (155.6) Glad that I got rid of what I gained last week
Week 9: -.4 (155.2)
Week 10:
Week 11: +2 ( 157.2)
Week 12: -1 (156.2)
Week 13: no change- 156.2
Week 14: +.8 157
Week 15: No change
Week 16: -1
Total: -2.0

The past week has been a fairly good one! I started back to the gym and have made some progress in my chest pain issue (costrochondritis) and my back pain.
Have been trying to stay within range and making good choices. That's been 50-50 so far.

I went to PT yesterday (finally) and the therapist did an adjustment and I feel a lot better. Did some light exercising (kickboxing without much kick) and some walking. Today I feel pretty good.

Went to a wake this morning for the mother of a former neighbor and grandmother of the two kids (37 and 33 now) that I used to babysit many moons ago. emoticon
The family is so dysfunctional now. The parents are divorced and remarried. The mother and daughter is estranged. Just horrible! I am still friends with everyone as I'm not getting in the middle. I am closer to the kids now as they live locally and the mother has moved out of state. Just a mess!
Glad that my family is normal.
