Gym Day

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

Well I went to the gym when I got off work (which was 2 am this morning) and meet one of my best friend up there. I also dragged another friend with me as well. My friend said she would like to go with me because she really doesn't have anyone that keeps their commitment on working out, so I told her I would be her partner.

So its was her first day...I am have to crack the whip on her..LOL. I am going to have to come with a program that will keep her not only motivated but committed to sticking to losing the weight. Luckily starting next week we will have the same days off so I can really get her & myself going.

I have to admit since I started back up and taking my vitamins..I am noticing that I have a little bit more energy than I used to. Working at night has and can be draining, but since I am changing my eating habits and working out I have definite upbeat about my goal. Also it doesn't hurt to have an gym that's open 24 a hours either.

So later on today I am going to do some aerobics, maybe even try my kettlebell. And my daughter doesn't know but she will be doing it with me as well.

    Thank you both.

LilShine...since I be up from work doing nothing might as well go to gym. Plus there isn't a lot of people in there so I can have full use of the equipment.

Jo28352...I hope I am. Several people inspired to get back on track, so I will like to return the favor

You're a great friend, I'm sure she'll appreciate it in the end. 2am workout, can't even imagine myself going to the gym that time...and mine 2 is open 24 hours. Awesome job
