Winter Olympics, in one year!

emoticon emoticon I am so excited! The Winter Olympics will be starting up, one year to the day, from NOW!
I love the Winter Olympics! What better time to start a serious training program?
Yes, I know they train for years, but I am taking this, to my own level and grabbing on to it.

Just think of what all these athletes, go through! The programs, the challenges.
Just look all the injuries, that they come back from! DETERMINATION!

They don't just flounder around with some vague idea of what they want to accomplish.

They know what they need to eat, how much rest, how many workouts and they push, push and push, some more!

They can see themselves winning. Some have been known to write a goal on a slip of paper and carry it in their shoe, then pull it out, when they accomplished it, guess where...the Olympics!

If we each just grabbed on to one tenth of the determination and work that each one puts in, just imagine the possibilities! emoticon

SO, junk in the mouth! Up my protein! Push my workouts! Get out of the so-so rut. So-so does not make the Olympics.

I love, speed skating and can mimic, these moves, easily at home. There are Youtube videos that show how speed skaters train! I will use them and encorporate them into my other workouts!

Does anyone else feel the excitement? Does anyone else want to be a Spark, Olympic champion? Will anyone join me on the year long journey? emoticon
Pick you own favorite sport and work it! Feel it! Make it real!

A new vision board is in the making!

    I am with you on doing more exercise this year then I did last year, this is a good challenge.

    Read the blog, and encouraged. I will get in my exercise, watch my calories/points each day.

    Where and when do we report in? Is there going to be a special board? Do you want current weight?

    You now have three members on your team i also like the winter games and like the skating but my ankles are weak and so no skating for me . i like the challenge to improve my eating getting my BP down .they train for the games in Colorado so i found out how many miles it is from Spokane to Aurora Colorado them DB and i fit in a visit and go to visit the training center. emoticon i decided to see if i can walk those miles on the treadmill its 2000 miles in one year. will let you know how many miles I get in each month. thanks for the challenge emoticon

    I just got totally excited reading your blog! emoticon why not us?

    emoticon training with a goal in mind- like being in shape to ~ DO ~ while watching the winter olympics . Why Not?

    If I can get my WII board fixed , the WII has lots of training exercises to do. emoticon
