2013 Monthly Weight Loss February Update

Well, when you got it to lose you better lose it. And I lost 7% of it which is equal to 28 lbs! I am now down to 370. My short term goal for the month was only 20 so I think I did pretty good.
It wasn't that hard to do. Once again, my mindset is clear and I am ready for this. I ate much better this past month. And I also had some pizza and ice cream and other foods you might not think you can eat while trying to lose weight but you can. The key is not to have them 2,3 or 4 times per day and when you do have them keep the portion size down. I have not yet begun any exercise besides the regular stay-at-home, clean the house type of stuff.
Personal stuff this month, well it was sick, sick and sick. Oh yeah and cold and warm and really cold and really warm. Maybe that's why we were sick. I can't wait for Spring to get here. Now the weatherman says that the track for Fridays incoming storm is so iffy we can get all rain or up to 22" of snow... oh ok. So nothing to worry about then. GRRR.
Nothing much to tell about from the last month since we didn't do much. This next month, I will set a goal of 22lbs. And make some time to begin some exercise, most likely on the coat rack... I mean stationary bike downstairs.
