Changing shape...Progress pictures!

I thought it was about time I added another progress picture as I've hit my first target.

I've been working out still and have pped my weights - I can only add another 2kg to my dumbells for my chest press before I'm going to need to get some more weights!

So here is the info for the following picture.
The first pic was on the 19th November and I weighed 101.2kg
the 2nd picture was taken on the 6th January and I weighed 98.8kg.
The 3rd picture was taken on 5th Feb and I weighed 96.8kg.
A total of 4.4kg or 9.68lbs between the first ad last pictures.

The biggest difference for me is the improvement in my posture.
My tummy is much smaller and my hips and thighs are getting smaller too.
I can see the iprovement in how I hold my shoulders now too.

I really do credit my lifting with all of these changes - yes the diet is helping too but I have never seen results like these from dieting alone.

I am still learning about lifting the correct weight and I suspect I am still lifting a little lighter than I should a lot of the time but I am gradually learning what I am capable of.

I love the feeling that I get from lifting, I'm on such a high afterwards! I did it yesterday morning and I was happy and confident feeling all day emoticon

    It is definitely more than just lifting weights, although that helps too. I lifted weights all last year with a trainer and saw a small difference in my body (especially arms). I ate whatever I wanted and my weight went up. Now I added dieting and I am really see results. You look really great and so stomach is sooooo much smaller. Keep it up!
