The Grand Plan today:

yesterday I drank a litre and a half of water.
No lift even though someone asked me to take it with them!
I walked to the supermarket and back.

Today I have no need to go to the supermarket so I am going to walk around the block.
I'm going to keep drinking the water - even if I only manage a litre and a half its better than nothing!

This week is all about getting back into good habits and then i'll up it next week to include actual exercise rather than walks to the supermarket. I'm getting into good habits at work as well in documenting my day. It helps me to keep my stress levels down if I know what I have been doing. Stress has not been a part of my day this week. Yay!
