Ugh. Scale still isn't showing me results. Measuring isn't showing anything. I am starting to think my jeans and shirts were just getting stretched out and thats why I thought I was losing inches. I am not feeling motivated tonight. Tomorrow night I am doing an hour on the bike no exceptions.
I agree, there have been a few weeks where I didn't lose and it was so frustrating after all my hard work. Even went out and bought a new scale to make sure the weight was correct and sigh, it was... I just kept plugging along and decided to only go on the scale once a week. Then one week I lost a few kilos which was a surprise! So hang in there, we have all experienced this and will probably again. 1961 days ago
Don't be too hard on yourself...I have weeks like this too...at least yours is not moving the wrong way...heck, I've had mine go in the right direction and then do an about turn...so its good the scale hasn't moved, keep on doing what you have been doing, and you'll see not only the scales, but also your measurements moving.
