Yay! Made it to the gym!

I didn't do strength training ... but I did do 10 minutes on bicycle .. 10 on treadmill and 10 on cross trainer .. so at least I put in 30 minutes

I can never post a blog until I have done something I have accomplished .. and today I accomplished something instead of "I could have gone .. but didn't"
