The last, um 3 days, have not been so good for this girl. Sunday was kind of a cheat day, I had a few beers and indulged in a few snacks I should have passed up, then paid for it dearly yesterday with terrible stomach cramps ALL DAY. They haven't quite gone away...yesterday's eating habits were returned to normal, however, there was no possible way I could muster a workout. Today, I'm back on the horse, I still don't feel 100%, but I'm going to get that workout in anyway, the problem with today is, well, Arby's. I know, I know, shame on me, it's much the same excuse as last week's Burger King, being ill-prepared for after-work activities, and being STARVING, so lesson learned, pack some extra snacks in my locker in case I get busy running errands after work.

Tomorrow is the mother/son dance, so I doubt I'll be getting much exercise, well, besides cutting up the rug at the Elementary school! Lol.
