This is our 3rd assignment so thought I would list here again. I did this once already but will post again.
list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
1. Reason I want to lose weight...To help my back pain and keep other joints from falling apart. To breathe better.
2. What I want to change.....i want to do more walking daily and add more core exercises. I really need to do more abs to strengthen my back.
3. How do I want to look...duh!!Thinner and fit my clothes better..
4. How will you want to feel...back not hurt as much and able to walk further especially on our big trip this summer. I want to be able to breathe better as well.
5. What I will be able to do with thinner healthier body...walk further, breathe better and fit my clothes better.
6. Change other things....new hair cut and new clothes to fit the slimmer me.
