So today I had porridge (golden syrup one) and a small glass of smoothie for breakfast, banana during the morning, chorizo and broad bean soup and a tangerine for lunch, an apple and a few raspberries in the afternoon and finally cottage cheese with smoked salmon (a new combo, won't be doing that again) and 0% greek yoghurt with raspberries in for dinner.

Did 5k in 36mins and did abs and plank at the gym.

Good day :)

Tomorrow is going to be infernal with parents' evening after school! Hoping I can get away at the time I'm supposed to (unlike last week when I left so late!) and maybe even fit in a quick session at the gym?! If not, I must at least do some upper body (boxing) and abs at home.

Also have to steer clear of the sandwiches, crisps and chocolate which are available to teachers after school on parents' evening days! I'm going to have a prawn and avocado salad again tomorrow night so the thought of that should help me to not eat the rubbish going at school!
